Making an order

Making a purchase could to be easier. Just browse out catalogue, and click on on the items that you wish to buy. These will be entered into your 'Shopping basket' which can be viewed at any time. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details to satisfy the order. We accept most major credit and debit cards via a secure HSBC payment system.

Shipping and handling

free delivery for all orders in the UK. For guaranteed delivery before 12 noon the next day a 3.99 charge per order will be made (for orders received before 3pm). delivery to Europe is charged at £4.99. International delivery outside Europe is charged at £7.99. Please enquire before ordering for other destinations (we do not ship to Africa).

Tax Charges

VAT at 17.5% is included in all prices in the UK and Europe.

Return policy

We offer a full 14 day money back guarantee. This is subject to the goods being returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, not damaged and with all packaging (except underwear which can not be returned).

We do not accept responsibility for Fair wear and tear, failure to comply with cleaning instructions, abuse or third party damage i.e. dry cleaners, post etc.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will refund any delivery charges incurred by you on proof of postage. If you have received incorrect goods you will receive a full refund or replacement goods.

Returned goods should be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (only if value is under £30) or Royal Mail Special Delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Retured goods musy be packaged securely as we do not accept responsiblity for goods that are damaged in transit.

Upon receipt of your return we will inspect and deal with the return in conjunction with our Returns Policy. Any refunds will be made using the same method for the initial transaction. Please note that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
